Molly Lippsett used to feel a bit like a hoopopotamus out on the dance floor. She looked at experienced hula hoopers with envy, thinking silly thoughts like “I could never do that,” but one day, she picked up a hoop and started moving to some music. Hours later, sweaty and exhilarated, Molly realized that she had just had the most fun of her life, and an awesome workout to boot! And so began the hoop journey…Soon, passion for hooping overflowing, Molly found herself drawn to teaching to spread the hoop love. With help from the HoopLover’s Coach Training Program, Molly studied to become a Certified Hoop Coach and has been teaching hoop classes and lessons since April 2015 in Santa Cruz, California.
